I had an older BMW that I had purchased about a year ago from a dealer near me, and it had started to give me problems. I decided to see what I could do about trading it in. The BMW was high mileage and had a few problems I just no longer felt like putting the money into to fix. When I was looking around the lot, I met Brianna who was very friendly and eager to help me. I told her I wanted an Impreza sedan and she said that they had one left. It was a very well equipped limited and I loved it. My credit wasn't the greatest, and I was very heavy into my trade in, but Brianna, Jamie and Lindsay did not give up on me. They worked with me for hours to get me out of my BMW and into the Impreza. I offered to come back the next day because it was closing time, but they insisted on staying. In the end, I left with the Impreza for a great price and I was very happy with the service I received.
