Best experience with a salesperson and dealership! I had been putting off shopping for a new car for several years because I felt it would be too intimidating and full of too much pressure!! As soon a I had been putting off shopping for a new car for several years because I felt it would be too intimidating and full of too much pressure!! As soon as we pulled into the lot, we were greeted by Ian Giroux - otherwise known as "Iggy". Within a moment, I knew that he was going to be someone I could trust to find the right car for me!! Iggy really listened to what I was looking for in a car and went above and beyond to help me find the car we bought!! It took quite a while for me to try out the different models - either by sitting in them in the showroom or going for test drives. Iggy's knowledge of all of the models and packages was exceptional!! He patiently explained all of the "bells and whistles" with the Forester that we purchased. I couldn't be more impressed with his ability to explain all of the features! The atmosphere in the showroom was awesome - all of the employees were so nice - offering us refreshments and making sure were were comfortable as we completed our transaction. The finance department, service department and office staff were professional and friendly. The best car buying experience I've ever had. I was a bit nervous to buy a new car, I've already owned a Subaru Forester, so that wasn't the problem.
