I got a great deal on my new car, great value on my trade-in, and a great rate on my auto loan. They worked with me to get the numbers i wanted and were very patient with my limited schedule to be able to come in to the dealer due to my job. My mother got her new Subaru from Pine Belt, I got mine there, and i will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who's in the market themselves. More

He was awesome and showed me my options. I wasn't pressured into getting anything right away. He asked me what was important in a car I would purchase and told me he would be on the look out for something that fit my needs. I came back a couple of months later and Iggy worked with me until I found the car I wanted. I've had nothing but good experiences coming to Pinebelt. Iggy helped me every step of the way. More

Both Ryan Concord and Matt Mazza were great with assisting me with everything I needed and answered every question I threw at them. Matt went above and beyond to help and I can definitely see myself going back to him in the future. I highly recommend working with Ryan and Matt if you want a painless, hassle free process. More

If 3 stars is what I envision a typical car buying experience to be, I'll give it a 2 because I'm still left with a sense that I was misled into paying more money than I had to when I signed. *** Long Version *** Recently purchased a car here. I don't live near Lakewood, but they had a car that I was interested in buying in their lot to take advantage of some manufacturer promotions (0% interest for 63 months), so I made the trip. I was a bit wary because of the extra time I'd have to travel, but decided to go through with it anyway. My first experience here was a test drive I scheduled online. The test drive went well enough, and I was glad to see that they were comfortable letting me take the Impreza out on my own without a salesman in the car. After my return, I met with Matt Mazza. I felt Matt was friendly and professional. I went through the normal sales pitch with Matt and his manager, Mike, who offered me a price for the car and didn't put up much of a fight when I said I would take their offer and think about it. I tried taking their price to some other dealers who were closer to me, but no one seemed very eager to beat it, so I agreed to purchase the car from Matt. We did all the following correspondence through email because of distance. I tried my best to be able to get copies of the contract and other financial paperwork, but didn't get a response to those specific requests. Since I was concerned mainly about the out the door price, I did send a request for what the out-the-door price would be, and Matt did send a response to that, and the price was what I had expected. Matt also confirmed that I qualified for the 0% interest promotion. I scheduled a signing day to pick up the car, and a friend gave me a ride and waited for me. Since it was 0% interest, it wasn't hard to do the math to figure out my monthly payments, so I calculated it ahead of time. The paperwork initially had a different monthly payment than what I came up with, and I came to find that they actually had the incorrect monthly interest rate and incorrect maturity term on it. I pointed this out and the finance rep apologized and reprinted the paperwork for me. I confirmed the new paperwork was correct, and that my out-the-door price was correct, and signed. The one thing I regret is that there was a line item in the contract for a slightly extended manufacturer warranty (3 years/45000 miles instead of 3 years/36000). This cost an extra $525 ($561.09 after taxes), but because it was presented to me that Subaru was requiring their dealers put this warranty on the cars they were selling for the month, and the out-the-door price was correct, I didn't think about it much. I refused the other warranties, and this warranty is actually from the manufacturer (Subaru Added Security), so it isn't as shady as a third-party warranty. Still, I should have fought harder to have that item removed before I signed and possibly could have actually had lower payment, or left without purchasing the car if it couldn't be done. If 3 stars is the typical experience where I had to negotiate a price I wanted but still am able to leave with a car without feeling cheated, I gave it 2 stars because the overall experience was average and everyone was mostly friendly, but ultimately I still feel like I was misled a little bit. If the supposedly required warranty was mentioned during my emails with Matt when talking about the out-the-door price, or if it wasn't presented to me as required, my review would be better, but this left a slightly bad taste in my mouth that no amount of friendliness could eliminate. Give Iggy Giroux your wish list! I went to Pine Belt Subaru to get an idea of the cost of a new Forester. I told Ian Giroux (Iggy) my 'Must Have's' and he took a car from the lot that had all of them. After a brief back and forth, we were able to agree on a price; and off I went in a 2018 Forester at 0% for 59 months. Everyone that has seen the SUV is impressed. The dealership has done a lot of helpful follow up since my purchase. This is a one stop dealership; so bring your charge card! More
