The two cars I had inquired about via email were ready and waiting for us out front when we arrived; Stephen also showed me other cars which were within our budget. Stephen was great at explaining the differences between all of the cars without pressuring us to choose one or the other. Buying a car is never an easy thing to do but with a salesman like Roy, I feel the whole process was way less stressful than it could have been. Mike and financing was also fantastic and very efficient. He explained every paper he put in front of us and was very open and transparent. The whole staff at Pine Belt Subaru were very professional.
