Our sales associates, Luis and Geo, were friendly, professional and knowledgable of their product offerings. Both associates were extremely helpful in explaining the benefits of the vehicles both in the showroom and on our various test drives. While we were initially interested in the Forester model, Luis introduced us to the Outback model which we ultimately purchased. Luis went out of his way to find us a vehicle that included the options we were interested in as well as the color we desired. We felt that the negotiating process was fair and that we were given a good deal. The entire process from entering the dealership through the final purchase was a friendly, no pressure, stress free environment which we greatly appreciated.
