End of lease return Walked in to return my Outback at lease end. Was asked by Luis Amaro if I had an appointment which I had not. Adeeyah is Terrific! I met Adeeyah for the first time at Subaru and she was exactly what I needed! She never gave me a feeling of being rushed, even while I tried to get the headrests just right:) She did not take on any other customers while I was there, searched the inventory for a few specifics I preferred, and understood all my requests. She followed up with me after our visit with a call and a text, and wished me luck with the vehicle I did end up with. Worst service ever doesn’t even deserve 1 star Have had no radio, backup camera or Bluetooth for 3 months, it’s a recall.
