Great experience I took my mother in law to buy her first new car. She wanted to compare the Forrester to the Honda CRV. We went Ro Suburu first. "Great Experience" It was a great and positive experience the minute I walked through the door. I started asking questions on the internet and set up an appointment so t It was a great and positive experience the minute I walked through the door. I started asking questions on the internet and set up an appointment so they new I was coming. I had dealt with another Subaru dealer in the past and decided not to return and give Pine Belt Subaru my business. Fred was great and couldn't be more helpful with the entire process and our needs on getting an Outback. Just in light conversation he had mentioned he was off the next day, we felt terrible he had to come in due to our new Outback just came in and was wrapped in plastic and wasn't going to be ready. Fred never questioned it for a minute, that was his job. I hope Fred will be there in three years when its time for my next Subaru. All the staff we encountered were great and we will be recommending Pine Belt Subaru to everyone! Thanks again Fred! See you at my 30 day check up. Teri & Mark More
