Their internet prices are misleading and they add some 900.00 certification fee to the price when you get there. They low ball you for trade ins and come up with things that are wrong with it ,that isn 900.00 certification fee to the price when you get there. First time dealing with Product Specialist Michael Tillis and decided to use him based on all the wonderful reviews of him through Dealer Rater. I wasn’t disappointed. Mike was the ultimate professional. His knowledge of the Forester along with the different trim levels made it an easy decision for my wife and I on which one to choose. I also appreciated his honesty and no pressure approach. Got a good deal on my trade in along with a great discount on my new Forester. We actually drove home in our new car the same day! Everything went very smoothly with no stress on our part. Definitely recommend Mike Tillis and this dealership. More

BEWARE OF UNDISCLOSED CHARGES! ! Pine Belt Subaru added a $595 unapproved, unexplained, and undocumented charge to my car purchase. (This is in addition to the documentation fee ! Pine Belt Subaru added a $595 unapproved, unexplained, and undocumented charge to my car purchase. (This is in addition to the documentation fee in the same amount which was disclosed and documented.) To date, Pine Belt has not explained what this $595 charge is for, what it covers, what the terms and conditions are, or when it expires. I repeatedly asked Pine Belt for any information related to this $595 charge. Pine Belt has not given a clear answer. The Pine Belt salesman didn’t know and Pine Belt management did not return my calls or answer my questions. This is not the transparency that Pine Belt claims in its ads. UPDATE: I was contacted by the finance manager at Pine Belt Subaru who resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Thank you. More
