Horrible experience I had a horrible experience as a first time car buyer at Pilson's and I will never go back there again. They have messed up on our paperwork twice and I had a horrible experience as a first time car buyer at Pilson's and I will never go back there again. They have messed up on our paperwork twice and asked us to make the 40mi trip to fix it. I referred a friend and she gave them my name and # and they told me they could do nothing for me since she did not work with the same agent as I. They also told me they had a spare key for me and sent me one that was the wrong make and model and then 40 days after owning my car I finally got the correct key. To sum it up, although the car itself I am happy with I felt as though the process was never-ending and they weren't very professional and the customer service was lacking. More
