Exceptional car buying experience We were unable to find much selection in Buick Lacrosse vehicles in the Cincinnati market. I searched the internet and found that Piles Chevrolet/Bui We were unable to find much selection in Buick Lacrosse vehicles in the Cincinnati market. I searched the internet and found that Piles Chevrolet/Buick had several in stock. Although it was a little outside of our geographic area we decided to make the trip. I am very glad we did. They had a vehicle that we liked and the terms were better than we expected. The facility was new, clean and welcoming. The staff were so accommodating, especially the salesperson Dan Walston.
