Poor quality of service My boyfriend and I bring his car for service here for everything. We’ve now had to bring the car back twice to fix mistakes they’ve made. The first time, he needed his tire pressure fixed after having service here. The second time, they messed up his alignment and the car began pulling to the left. On the phone, we were assured that they would fix the misalignment and the service worker on the phone shared that it was caused by the tire rotation. However, when we brought it in, we were told that there was no way to know for sure that they made the error and that we would have to pay full price to have it fixed. We have been loyal customers but will now be taking his car elsewhere. More

I even left anothe I purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan 9 months ago at Ardmore VW and I really felt comfortable with my salesman Jake and manager John ...... I even left another deal at Garnet Valley VW to make a deal at Ardmore. Fastforward to 2 months ago and I called in to schedule a service visit for a recall .... some guy answers the phone takes my info and says my service advisor would call me back (never happened). A month passes, no call and my check engine light comes on so I schedule an appt. I drop the car off (get Uber shuttle home @9:30am) ..... 6pm and I realize no one has called me yet, I call service and turns out that no one even started to work on my car (I couldn't even get a lousy text, or email). To be fair: Sean from service tries to offer a loaner call for the next day (I really didn't feel like jumping through hoops). So as a favor to "my guys" in sales I try to give them a heads up and what I get in return is a rude salesman, Jim (with an accent ... maybe Australian or something) and Jim tells me that "I can take my car to any VW service dept" (he was being sarcastic).... next, my 'pal' Jim asked if he could hang up on me ... to which I replied 'absolutely'. If you buy a car at Ardmore VW buyer beware or at least beware of 'Jim, the sales guy with the accent' (he sounded really nice until he realized it wasn't a sales call). I will NEVER buy another vehicle at Ardmore VW again. More
