I was told I needed back brakes and rotors. My car only has 30k miles . When I looked up to see how many miles brakes should be changed, per Nissan website 40k for brake pads and 50 to 70k for My car only has 30k miles . When I tried to speak to service station they did not want to hear what I was saying. They gave me the number for customer relations when I spoke with them there answer was we are not mechanics. I have never been so dissatisfied with nissan before. Very sad that know one is there to help the customer.. my brakes actually feel worst than before. More
I went in the service center with video proof that something was wrong with my car. It was inspected and I was told that there’s nothing wrong with it. While the inspector said was pleasant I did not something was wrong with my car. It was inspected and I was told that there’s nothing wrong with it. That was a deterrent for me. More

I had a great experience with Malcolm in sales, however really unsatisfied with the accounting department. I was shorted $50 in a refund check and I have not been able to reach Joel. His mailbox is always really unsatisfied with the accounting department. I was shorted $50 in a refund check and I have not been able to reach Joel. His mailbox is always full. I've left messages with the receptionist. Could someone please have Joel return my calls so I can get my complete refund (from an online automatic payment that Nissan incorrectly withdrew from my OLD lease, not my current new lease!
