I had a schedule appointment at 9:00 a.m. My car was I had a schedule appointment at 9:00 a.m. My car was not service until about two or three hours later. I had to call about 1:00 p.m. to find out wh I had a schedule appointment at 9:00 a.m. My car was not service until about two or three hours later. I had to call about 1:00 p.m. to find out what was going on with my car in for oil change and inspection. There was other work that needed to be done after speaking with Service Agent. There need to be a timely call back to let customer know what is going on with their car since there is no waiting for service to be completed. More
Everyone was very understanding f my situation. heard a noise brought the car in, explained I only hear it when the car has been driven for a few hours. of course when I brought it in no one heard it. The service rep. said the next time I hear it bring it right to us. Well needless to say I heard it a few weeks later stronger. It's not the dealer's fault but...I was instructed to bring my car in for a recall and told that they needed it for 4-5 hours. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up was told that the car needed t bring my car in for a recall and told that they needed it for 4-5 hours. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up was told that the car needed the recall part and that they had ordered it. And that I would need to bring it in again. What!! Why would they schedule me for a recall appointment if they did not have the needed part in stock. Ridiculous. I was told that it was Nissan's fault as they don't supply the part until the car is examined and determined to need it. regardless, no concern for the customer's convenience. More

The service was scheduled timely but they misunderstood that I was asking them to do the work and not just give me an estimate so they needed my car for an extra. I have dealing with Nissan for about 8 years. I like the company. I've had two bad experiences with Nissan, but overall, I like the service.
