My experience was excellent. Joe took his time to make sure my car was fixed and that I was able to get a rental. Due to the Memorial Day weekend, there was a shortage of cars. Joe also made sure I was ab sure my car was fixed and that I was able to get a rental. Due to the Memorial Day weekend, there was a shortage of cars. Joe also made sure I was able to get to and from my appointment and had transportation to the rental car place. Joe made sure all repairs were covered under the warranty. If the repairs were not covered, it was due to general wear and tear. After returning the rental car, I received an unpleasant voicemail from Enterprise Main Street. I contacted Joe regarding the issue and he immediately took care of the issue. I have not had this much of a pleasant and exceptional experience at this dealership in a few years.
