Car dirty after service Took our Honda Pilot in for a recall. We were never contacted by Honda regarding the recall, we actually found out about it when taking our card to Took our Honda Pilot in for a recall. We were never contacted by Honda regarding the recall, we actually found out about it when taking our card to a piazza Acura dealer to have the oil changed. That’s a separate issue. Upon picking the Pilot up the next day, there were black, greasy fingerprints on the inside of the drivers door, on the armrest & on the outside driver’s door (our truck is white). There were also several sections of a newspaper strewn on the passenger’s seat. I’ve never read the USA Today & it certainly wasn’t there when I dropped it off! It would have taken just a few minutes to clean up the mess that was made in & on my car yet no one took the time to do so. More

Terrible Service and Misdiagnosed Problem Went to get a minor repair completed. They came back to me with a $550 repair that I questioned and they did not take that well at all. Left dealers Went to get a minor repair completed. They came back to me with a $550 repair that I questioned and they did not take that well at all. Left dealership without having the repair and took my car over to Pep Boys where the repair was handeled for $18!!!! Will never go there to buy or have my car serviced again! Thanks Tony!
