I brought my car in for a recall and they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. This was the worst experience ever, they don't know how to diagnose a problem, they just remove and replace parts. When we brought the car back in for the same issue, they told us that it was a 'hiccup". W to diagnose a problem, they just remove and replace parts. We ended up taking our car to another dealer who properly diagnosed the problem and most likely, didn't require the expensive repair that Piazza Honda of Springfield did. When we called, they denied it and refused to refund the money. Avoid this dealership, plenty of other reputable and competent places to use. More

Made an appointment for inspection and oil change. When I made the appointment I told them I had to wait for it. 4 hours and 15 minutes later the work was finished. Typically at the dealership they come out made the appointment I told them I had to wait for it. 4 hours and 15 minutes later the work was finished. Typically at the dealership they come out to you and try and sell you other things that need to be done. The service guy didn’t come and see me about additional items until I was already there 2.5 hours. What’s the point in offering appointments where you are going to wait for your car if they can’t do simple service items in a reasonable amount of time. I will be trying a different Honda dealer for my next service. More
