I went I for a routine oil changed and the techs discovered my battery was low on power. It was under warranty and replaced at no charged. Additionally, the differential fluid needed to be changed. I am grateful for the attention my car received when I thought I only needed an oil change. Thanks Express Service Department!!! More
Why have appointments if you can’t get the work done? I had a recall notice and called to make an appointment for service. Piazza said they couldn’t fit me in for a week. Was told it would be done by 11:30. Came back to pick up the car and had to wait an hour. I thought they’d at least vacuum out my car, like Ford or Subaru dealerships do, but they didn’t. I just bought this Honda 8 months ago, but so far I’m not impressed with the service More

It is clear that from the entrance to the exist that Piazza Honda puts customers comfort and service first. Airbag recall Made appointment via phone & was told would need to leave car as could take up to half a day. My appointment was not on the list when I got there bu Made appointment via phone & was told would need to leave car as could take up to half a day. My appointment was not on the list when I got there but Bill took care of everything. I was unable to get a ride, so needed to wait. Bill said it would take only 1 to 2 hours. I told him when I had my car there in August for a simple & routine inspection & oil change, it took over 3 hours & it didn't seem to matter what time my appointment was. Anyway, Bill said he would take care of things this time & he did. My car had the airbag replaced & was finished in less than 1 hour. Let's hope I can get this good of service when I come back for my next inspection. More
