The worst experience The whole repair took 32 days which exceed the rent coverage provided by insurance. I was calling the shop everyday left and right, they would tell me The whole repair took 32 days which exceed the rent coverage provided by insurance. I was calling the shop everyday left and right, they would tell me it would be ready tomorrow then nothing, and never gave me a straight answer.there were many times that no one answered the phone! Days went by, they finally told me the car is ready for pick up when I called them, no one called me! I was very excited to get my car back, when I got in, I was shocked! My Acura RDX was so filthy, dust, dirt and finger prints / black prints all over my leather seats, I was so upset and went inside to talk to the body shop manager Paul, he didn’t believe me and went to my car with me. After seeing how bad it was, he said if I had a few mins, he would asked his guys to clean up immediately. After waiting for 30 mins or so, Paul finally drove the car out and I saw it was some what wiped down but there were still dusts/dirt in some areas such as cup holders and the gap of the seats. At this point, I couldn’t wait until longer because I had to leave for work. Paul did apologize but the whole thing was not acceptable. I will definitely not return to this place ever. You definitely lost me as a customer. More

Then on my receipt it said my battery is 5yrs old.. Well Honda replaced my battery and it was less than 3 years old!!!!I took my car there for a noise I was hearing in the steering and they told me it was the steering power pump.. I asked if you can tell that by putting it on a machine or something they said no and the cost would be 1000$ I also took it to another auto shop who also said I needed to have steering pump replaced and in the same day took it to AAA. well I guess the guy felt sorry for me because I left the 2 estimates in the car.. He told me if there is something wrong with the steering pump it does not need to be replaced anytime soon.. There was never any fluid leaking from the car as what I was told to look for and within a day or so from taking it to AAA the sound went away and had been there for a few weeks and here it is 6 months later and no issues!!!I will never use Piazza Honda Springfield again!!! I bought my car there and went there for every service I needed , recommended, and so on!! More

No appointment I had realized that I had missed my annual inspection for my CRV and I didn’t have an appointment but I called Honda and explained my issue to the ser I had realized that I had missed my annual inspection for my CRV and I didn’t have an appointment but I called Honda and explained my issue to the service representative and he suggested that I leave the car and they would try and fit my inspection in, that was Thursday and Friday before noon I received a call from Honda saying my car was ready for pickup! I truly appreciate the time and effort that was demonstrated by the Honda representatives to resolve my issue. Thanks again! More
