Customer service I brought my Accord in for an oil change and when I got home, was reminded by my wife that we had a coupon for that in an email from Piazza Honda. Despite not having an appointment for inspection, J Monday morning I received excellent customer service from Jonathan at Piazza Honda of Springfield. Despite not having an appointment for inspection, Jonathan was able to fit me into their very busy schedule for the day to get my car inspected. He communicated with me throughout the day and my car was ready for pickup hours before closing. There was only one valet so he brought my car to me himself. From the time I walked in there til the minute I left he went above and beyond to represent Honda in the most professional way possible. More
