Left out to dry Dropped my car off at 10:00AM. Had a missed call at 12PM saying work had to be done. I gave them the ok to do everything at 1:00PM. They gave me no ti Dropped my car off at 10:00AM. Was told there closed and I asked if I can pick up car on Sunday. Was told there closed and cant come till Monday. MONDAY! The begging of a work week. How do i get to Honda? How do i drop my son off to day care? Its unacceptable i was left hanging with no answers. I should have been called Saturday to say "hey it wont be ready how can we accommodate you" or "hey we are sorry but you can come till Monday" allowing me to make plans. I am extremely disappointed. Not satisfied I was told my back windshield wiper was fixed, when it wasn’t. Also, had a tire replaced and they left the tire pressure monitored on on the dash boar I was told my back windshield wiper was fixed, when it wasn’t. Also, had a tire replaced and they left the tire pressure monitored on on the dash board, leaving me to believe i had low tire pressure and therefore went and had them checked then had to figure out on my own how to turn it off when it should have been fixed. I now have to bring it back on my own time so they can fix what should have already been done and there was no compensation offered for their mistake. It also seemed like they did not care when I called with my complaints. More

Poor customer service I was being told that when 3 tires for $110 each and would get the 4th one for free. Which comes down to 330$ . The service department customer service rep told me that it will come to 497$ with mount, balance and install. When the installation has been completed the total bill came to 590$. We weren’t able to deny or refuse paying them . I will never recommend anyone going to the Honda dealership in Springfield to get any tires More

Not the usual excellent service on this occasion. I have always had an excellent experience with Piazza Honda in Springfield but on this occasion I was called to come in for a recall on my car. I took the car in and left it there, as soon as I reached home I received a call stating the parts needed were not in stock. I felt that since I was called to come in they should have checked to make sure they had all parts needed for the recall repair. I was not too upset about it because things happen but I had to get someone to bring me back home which caused me to use gas that I could not afford since gas prices have gone up. More
