Helpful and Kind I ran over to get a new battery for my key fob. I had called first, but the advisor said that I wouldn’t be able to schedule an appt until June 6. I knew I couldn’t wait for the battery so I ran over Saturday am. The two women behind the Express Service desk were incredibly kind...not the least bit irritated that I didn’t have an appt. in fact, they not only took my keys to replace the battery, they pulled the car right into one of the bays and a technician fixed the warning light too! I was out in under 20 minutes!! It was a holiday weekend and I know I was just lucky, but they didn’t make me feel that way. They smiled, handed me the keys and thanked ME for coming in!! Wow! More

Incompetent service manager We took our 2017 Accord in for service. There was a rubbing noise while driving. Service writer calls and says technician thinks it's the brakes. Car We took our 2017 Accord in for service. There was a rubbing noise while driving. Service writer calls and says technician thinks it's the brakes. Car has 11000 miles on it. I told him I didn't think so and asked to speak with a manager. Received a call back from Stan. I told him my concerns about having brake job done when I brought the car in for a noise. He seemed rather condescending. Telling me how long he has been doing this. Spoke to my wife in an even more dismissive attitude. After checking car again he told me steering wheel was out of center . They would do an alignment. After alignment was done they said there was some bent parts. Said cost would be around $1100. Suggested calling our insurance company. We did and adjuster approved repairs for $836. After doing the repair told us total was over $900. My wife called insurance company and asked to have adjuster go back. After he was there my wife received a call from Stan saying we didn't have to involve our insurance company again, that we could have submitted bill for a refund. He should have called them before doing additional work. At the very least call us. For as much experience as he says he has, he apparently doesn't do things the way they should be done. All this for a rubbing noise that's still there. Stan said it's "Tire noise". xxxxxxxx. More
