I was very unhappy that I was charged a diagnostic fee for an issue I had with the brake sensor on my 2018 CR-V. Service was good. I had to ask my service manager to use and show him the service department's coupons from the dealer to receive two discounts. I was provided with lyft ride home and not to the facility. M and show him the service department's coupons from the dealer to receive two discounts. I was provided with lyft ride home and not to the facility. My bill after discounts was $301. plus cents. The service department had my care from 8:45 AM until it was finished at 3 PM. Jonathan Kozachyn was polite and knowledgeable. I had scheduled my 2020 Honda CRV for it’s first oil change. After checking the mileage Jonathan pointed out I really didn’t need one yet. So he didn’t tak scheduled my 2020 Honda CRV for it’s first oil change. After checking the mileage Jonathan pointed out I really didn’t need one yet. So he didn’t take my vehicle and charge me for something I didn’t need, he did however pick up on the fact that the vehicle needed to be inspected!! Some thing I missed totally. My lease was done in September 2020 I just assumed it wouldn’t need to be inspected until September 2021. And since I had only had the vehicle for a few months he took care of the inspection at no cost to me. My inspection was done and my vehicle was ready to be picked up within just a couple of hours.
