Self check in person - miss my information While waiting in the lobby’s woman checked me in by self check in. Showed her message of wrong information sent to my phone. Only needed front brakes yet on notice it says front and back brakes. Had a coupon for $35 off a brake service. Noted that I would be waiting!! After more than 2 hours, I went to an agent to find out when the car would be finished. After checking they told me it was done 10-15 minutes ago! Yet, no one told me. When I got my bill they never took off the $35 coupon. So an agent finally took care of the issue and got me the correct amount. Even, though I waited in the waiting room no agent ever gave me any information about the car. If I didn’t speak up I might still be waiting! Will never use self check in even if the Ms Jones put in all the information! More
