I've a had an issue since my vehicle was new that only hap All this service center cares about is getting ratings and does not listen to the customer. I've a had an issue since my vehicle was new that only happens on cold mornings. Multiple times I've called and they told me not to bring it in because all new cars are computers and it probably just needs a software update that doesn't exist yet or I should just live with it. I finally insisted I bring it in and they could not duplicate the problem even though they kept it for two days. Turns out they didn't even know what they were looking for because they didn't listen to what I told them so they kept it another day but it was too warm for the problem to happen that day (it only happens on cold mornings). The last time on my way out of the door from picking it up disappointed again they say make sure you rate me good to help me out! Maybe you should listen to me tell you about my vehicle's symptoms instead of indirectly calling me a liar and telling me all cars are computers these days and it's probably just something I should live with. So I schedule an appointment for 8am on the coldest day of the year and bring it in the day before and tell them to park it outside for the night. I give them explicit instructions on what to do first thing in the morning to duplicate the problem. They say we'll personally go out with the mechanic and check it out first thing! I call at 9:30 the next day to ask if they've duplicated the problem and they say that tech doesn't start until 10am and your service advisor comes in at noon so we'll check it then. This probably happened the previous time they couldn't duplicate it as well. This is why I dislike dealer maintenance and prefer my local mechanic but I'm stuck since this is a warranty issue. Buying the truck here was a pleasant experience, but steer clear of this service center, they do not care at all. Luckily it was cold enough they got lucky and were able to duplicate it this time and they called Honda engineering and they have no idea why it does this so they're just going to start replacing parts until it works. This is progress but unfortunately means many more visits where I'll be asked to give them five stars instead of them actually offering me customer service. More

Great experience You really do it all! Take all of the info at the desk, do the mechanical work, come out into the waiting room and tell the customer what has been don You really do it all! Then tell the customer what the total will be, even before you even do the work. The people there are very friendly and they do an excellent job!! I'm very happy to own a Honda. More
