Despite leaving our pilot first thing in the morning we hear absolutely nothing until the evening, at which time we’re told that they need to hold it for an extra day. At this time of course there are no loaners available so we have to go through arranging for a rental car at days end. They similarly did not communicate till days and on the second day. More
