This is the 3rd time I have been lied to by your service department. First, I guess it's a good idea to send out "free" loaner car cards right after someone has service. Because they expire by the time they are needed again. Then I was told, by not 1 but 2 service reps that I would be there about an hour. Well how about THREE hours. Completely ridiculous. And after 2 hours I had to ask. If there was an issue, someone should have come out to speak with me. In the year I have had this car, it's been nothing but issues and extremely poor communication from both sides of your service departments. For instance waiting over 2 hours for someone to check on your 4th low tire pressure warning is NOT express. More

State Inspection. Took my car to Piazza Honda for state inspection. My stickers had expired at the end of December so had to get it done quickly. I was lucky to get an appointment right away so brought it there this past Wednesday. Our service writer was Rasheed and he was very pleasant to talk with. We had previously been told it would take 3 hours and we would have to leave it, but Rasheed explained it would probably be closer to an hour and a half so we decided to wait for it..and I'm glad we did. It was finished very close to what he estimated the time would be. The price for the inspection was fair and was I very happy with the service we received. More
