Process Over Service Very nice and efficient staff who are unable to resolve issues that do not fit within the matrix of their computer system. The last time I brought my Very nice and efficient staff who are unable to resolve issues that do not fit within the matrix of their computer system. The last time I brought my Odyssey in for an issue, they knew the problem but could not fix it because the code wasn't there for them to put in the computer. They told me to bring it back when the code popped up, but the problem has persisted with no code triggering. They can feel and acknowledge the issue, but cannot resolve it without the code. The only resolution at this point, is for me to spend just under 1k for new transmission fluid and spark plugs (which does not fix the problem; it only masks it) while the issue itself is supposed to be covered under warranty. This visit was try #3. Not only will there not be a try #4, but I regret buying a Honda. More

The staff at the express garage was absolutely helpful with my oil change and they were able to rotate tires, change oil, replace the filter AND do it in under 20 minutes. I was told the amount payed on Tuesday for the key covered the cutting and programming, bit was charged another $114. then I got home only to find out it wasn’t programmed so not only did I get charge covered the cutting and programming, bit was charged another $114. then I got home only to find out it wasn’t programmed so not only did I get charged more the work wasn’t done like I was told it was.
