Long wait and high labor fees. Scheduled to have a simple replacement of a rear view mirror installed. It took 2.5 hrs. Mirror @ $30., Labor @ $60. Communication was lacking. I had an appointment and they didnt do what I was there for until I asked if it was done and they had to take my car back then I didn't hear from anyone for 2.5 hours. An hour wait turned into 4 hours and me being late to picking up my children and needing to get a rental car. More
