Emergency Service was handled in one hour On June 30 I was driving my 2017 Honda CRV from my home in Westchester, NY to visit my son in Media, PA when suddenly I heard a scrapping noise coming On June 30 I was driving my 2017 Honda CRV from my home in Westchester, NY to visit my son in Media, PA when suddenly I heard a scrapping noise coming from under the car. When I pulled off the highway I saw the engine shield was hanging down and scrapping along the ground. Fortunately Piazza Honda was not far away. After I pulled into the dealership I met with Mike Disalvo and explained that I was 140 miles from home and needed someone to look at the car right away. Even though it was lunch hour Mike was able to get a technician to look at the car and fix it right away. Mike showed me the work that had been done and the engine shield has remained solidly in place ever since. I really appreciate that Mike was able to take care of my problem right away. More

I switched to Piazza of Springfield from the Martin Honda dealership less than 3 miles from where I live and the dealer I purchased my car from after using them for 2 years strictly because of a bad service dealership less than 3 miles from where I live and the dealer I purchased my car from after using them for 2 years strictly because of a bad service experience which they didn't resolve even after I gave them multiple opportunities to do so.
