Tony was great! Other employees should be like him.... still took more than 3 hours to have my car inspected and oil changed.... that is kind of long, specially if you pick up an early appointment.... WHAT? that is really crazy.... I understand that he has a family but isn't one of the busiest days of the week? Just purchased my 2nd Honda from Piazza, my 2018 Civic was so good to me I didn’t want to give it up but Adam found me her perfect replacement ... We had a phenomenal experience. The best I have ever had in regard to buying a new car. We met Frank Crinite when we first entered the showroom. We told Frank what we wanted and he delivered. Our finance manager, Damian Capacchione was all anyone could ask for. His knowledge and experience made that part of the sale breeze right by.
