We found Frank via DealerRater and can’t say enough about how our expectations were far exceeded! Frank was responsive, clear in his communication, and followed up as he said he would. Dealer was knowledgeable and great to work with. My only complaint is the TIME involved, we were at the dealership for 5 hours. Is that normal? Are we just pampered whiney millennials?
