Horrible experience at piazza Acura. Went in for an inspection, as well as a few other things that needed to be done. Dropped car off in morning and didn’t e experience at piazza Acura. Went in for an inspection, as well as a few other things that needed to be done. Dropped car off in morning and didn’t even receive a call that day as to a status. Had to call the next day and was told my car was ready. picked my car up and the oil was never changed as requested and the key fob that wasnt working when I dropped the car off, still was not working upon picking the car up. Employees were extremely rude as well. I will never come back here and will be complaining to management on the next business day. Additionally my Acura is almost brand new and has numerous issues already. Can’t wait to get rid of it and go back to a German car. More

Outstanding service! The Piaza dealership staff are fabulous. Quick & easy. Additionally, I received a brand new RDX to experience as a loaner for two days. I have just received a call to inform me that my car is ready. Staff from this dealership have also cleaned my car inside and out, free of charge. I couldn’t me more pleased. More
