Brown, Motta, and service mgr Megan all 5. I didn't like the selling process for Zurich extended warranties which I would rate a 2. Nice guy in finance but a very sleazy selling process. I may cancel the warranties I purchased as I feel like I paid way more than market value in a pressure selling process. It ruined an otherwise excellent selling experience. More

While the salespeople were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, they made some mistakes during the closing process. Ability to complete on-line credit application before hand saved time and was easy to do. Completion of the rest of the paperwork at the scheduled appointment also went very smoothly.
