Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that I was not able to get the price lowered in any way. Robert was great. Tamer the Finance manager was somewhat unclear about the terms of 2 additional contracts. I was led to believe that if I canceled these contracts wit Tamer the Finance manager was somewhat unclear about the terms of 2 additional contracts. I was led to believe that if I canceled these contracts within 30 days there would be no impact on the finance terms. It turns out there is an impact on the monthly payment being significantly higher even though the overall amount financed will be the same. So I am now spending more money each year for the next several years. If this was clearly explained to me I wouldn't have purchased them. More
