The auto body repaired my car. Unfortunately it was returned to me with different color grill. I might have been able to notice it, if I was given the chance to. When I arrived, I went over to the canopy area to look at my car, since it was raining. He told me "we fixed everything" and rushed me away, and pulled it out into the rain!! After I went inside, no one went over anything! They just asked me to sign the paperwork, asked me for my deductible and said good bye. So now I am stuck with a different grill that I do not like, but I am sure I would treated poorly if I asked them to put in the correct one. It is a shame that the auto body shop does treat Women with no respect. You might be "certified" by Honda/Acura, but I strongly suggest you give that department in class on customer service and simple common courtesy. I am sure Honda/Acura corporate would agree with me. More

Customer service by the service advisor is usually really good but not this time. She was vague and I had to ask a bunch of questions to get more info out of her and she didn’t go over my report at the end, good but not this time.
