My experience started good. The sales rep was really nice and explained things the best he could. However, less than 24 hours later there was a crack on my windshield. I contacted the dealership and they were willing to help. A couple days later a manager named Anthony called me and stated the dealership will not be responsible and that I should go through my insurance, stating “that’s what you pay insurance for.” He was very condescending and dismissive as well as unwilling to work with me. Talk about poor customer service. More

As always, everything is very pleasant and efficient at PE Honda. I was checked-in on time, my scheduled appointment was completed quickly.
