As we value all feedback and appreciate all feedback so we can learn how to be better to each and every valued customer. This review is very unfair. You called and spoke to a number of people within in our dealer seeking us to take care of chipped or broked windshield that happened after your purchase. We were empathic to this happening so shortly after your purchase but when no one was able to fix something that we did not cause you asked to speak to me. I simply explained that were sorry this happened to you but chipped and broken windshield are covered under auto insurance not warranty from the dealer. We offered our service departments service to contact insurance for you and get this issue addressed. You are taking the fact that we cannot cover windshield under warranty as condescending, dismissive and unwilling to work with you is highly unfair the broken or chipped windshield is not under warranty.

I respectfully disagree. Firstly, I would like to point out that we are all entitled to our own opinions. My review is my perspective and my quote stands as that was your exactly quote. You had stated that all your vehicles are “inspected” and there was no way it could have happened at the dealership but while I was there I viewed different cars. There was a Honda Accord with quit a scratch on the left back panel side, in the lot towards the front for the preowned vehicles for sales. The sales rep himself seemed unaware or surprised when I pointed it out. So there is such a thing as human error even on the dealership side. As for the service department I received a called from someone in the dealership, they left a voicemail stating to give a call back with the dealership phone number. When I returned the call about 10 minutes later I was told that person was not in the office for the day so I was transferred and left a voicemail, I never received a call back. Not sure what happened there. You tear down my review and call me “unfair” yet what seems unfair was your tone with me that day, the fact you do have cars with damages on them on the floor and the fact that no one returned my call from the service department even though they too “tried to help.”
