Waited almost two hours for an oil change. The representative that checked me in did not meet with me after the completion of the oil change and a female representative, who I felt had no idea The representative that checked me in did not meet with me after the completion of the oil change and a female representative, who I felt had no idea what was going on, gave me the results of my oil change and there was a notation which indicated a RED notice. The RED notice was the Check fluid levels and comment BRAKE FLUID…. Under the General Comment the following was noted: “7” BRAKE FLUID 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT Can someone tell me why it wasn’t explained to me? I’ve purchased 8 vehicles from your dealership and all the vehicles have serviced at your establishment. I most likely will be going to another dealership and service center due to this situation.
