Went above and beyond The short version goes like this: my 2010 CR-V needed to be replaced and after a happy test drive, I was thrilled to buy a 2015 CR-V. But when I took my first long drive, my lower back acted up and only got worse over the next ten days. I called Patty Novak with my dilemma. She and David Ball went above and beyond to get me into another vehicle that would work for me. Imagine the hassle of taking back a car they just sold and having to go through the entire process of test drives (5), negotiations and financing all over again! I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. The 2017 Nissan Rogue fits the bill and the budget. Never once did they act put out or annoyed, though they probably had a right to be!
