Great experience and follow up David Ball and Eric Toth were the sales reps. "Bad taste on the mouth" type of experience We drove two hrs to this dealership and bought a Certified Pre-owned Honda Accord. 3 months later the car needs $500+ worth of repairs. Gave them a chance to correct the situation which I think it had an easy fix, but they choose to do nothing about it. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them. More

Worst Dealership-No customer service NONE! Purchased a car from them. They are on the border between NJ and PA. I live in NJ. They put PA inspection stickers on it, not NJ. I had to argue w Purchased a car from them. They are on the border between NJ and PA. I live in NJ. They put PA inspection stickers on it, not NJ. I had to argue with them for approximately a week to get it remedied. Their proposal was to offer me a tank of gas. After arguing with their manager I eventually got them to get me an inspection sticker for the CORRECT state. Gave them a second chance and went for 60,000 mile service. Had a scheduled 7 am appointment. Arrived 6:45. Waited for them to open and went inside to deliver keys. The Service Reception told me to "get in line" behind cars parked for express service. I told him I had a 7 am appointment. He said get in line to get checked in. I told him I was just dropping the car off and leaving the car for them, not waiting. And, I asked what the point of a scheduled appointment was and that I did not have a half hour to wait to "get checked in". He started walking away so I just told him to cancel the appointment. Would never recommend this dealership. Will not return as purchaser or for service. Just horrible customer service! More
