We basically swapped keys and that was it, my 2016 Pilot got upgraded to 2019. The trade in price for the old Pilot was right where I expected it. The rate given to me for the loan was also very low. He was very knowledgeable of his vehicles he had here and convinced me to purchase this 2014 civic hybrid. I was reluctant at first not knowing much about hybrids but David really made me comfortable with my decision to purchase this vehicle. This vehicle had only 13,000 miles and was in perfect condition. To this day, I have had NO PROBLEMS at all, and have not needed any extra work done to this vehicle in three years. I currently have 150,000 miles... I get about 44 miles to the gallon( and I do drive a bit aggressively) and I am still driving on the ORIGINAL BRAKES. So far there has been no Extra work needed on this vehicle and I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER with this car. THANK YOU DAVID BALL!!!!! More
