Bad service on recall repair Took our Honda in for a recall repair. After the repair they told us they had to make additional emergency repairs. I said 'no' I will check with my m Took our Honda in for a recall repair. After the repair they told us they had to make additional emergency repairs. I said 'no' I will check with my mechanic. Turned out the most severe repair was not needed at all. The next most needed repair was not needed at all. The third most severe repair will be needed but not right away. Later that day I noticed a lug nut in the street in front of out house....picked it up and looked at car...sure enough...missing the lug nut...it was a locking but...and bag with special lug nut tool was missing! Called and they said we never removed the tire. Right! Go elsewhere people or if you need a recall addressed...beware! These people are crooked and trying to make money on unneeded repairs or incompetent! PS: cost of mechanic telling us we needed nothing was $80. More

A week passed and I have not heard from him and left him 3 voice mails and still no response. I mean, I’m not a rocket scientist by any means but that’s anything BUT customer service. I don’t care how high I have to go or who I need to talk to but this will be reported. More
