When I realized the mistake, the dealership refused to honor the negotiated lease terms. They basically laughed at me. This is the worst customer I have ever experienced at a car dealership. More

Leased a 2025 CR-V Hybrid, has bad wind noise. When i asked for another vehicle Tony made it all about his hearing aid. He said he could hear what i was talking about and stated it didn't bother him however it was a me problem. They didn't give a crap about my issue since the papers were already signed. Go to Lehigh Valley Honda!! Excellent service there, I should of purchased my vehicle there. More
