I was at Phillipsburg Easton Honda body shop to detail my car to trade it in for a new car. Anthony Cangelosi the manager of the body shop told me to see Tony "Banks" Innarella. Anthony called Tony and he wa car to trade it in for a new car. Anthony Cangelosi the manager of the body shop told me to see Tony "Banks" Innarella. Anthony called Tony and he was there at the body shop to meet me in minutes I was at 3 other Honda dealerships and I was most comfortable working with Tony. Going back and forth negotiating prices and different add on packages I got him to a deal that I was comfortable with. I was a hard negotiator and put him through a lot and he never got annoyed. He is very pleasant and funny man to deal with because we joked around a lot. Because I was there for a long time to finalize the deal I was given 66% reduced price on Platinum Plus coverage which covers my vehicle from A- Z. After I took possession of my vehicle I went to Tony many many times to ask him questions and help with features on my vehicle that I did not understand. He was very helpful. When I realized the mistake, the dealership refused to honor the negotiated lease terms. They basically laughed at me. This is the worst customer I have ever experienced at a car dealership. More
