No communication The first time I went, they were wonderful. My second visit took place about 6 months after that (Sept. 2016) and what a horrible experience. The service department lacks communication all around. Starting with the receptionist/cashier who is very rude and impatient, to the service rep who is more worried about avoiding listening to a customer and just getting them out of his office, to the shuttle service who didn't write down that I even needed to be picked back up from my drop off point. All around just poor service due to lack of communication and poor customer service. They did try to make up for it once I called the manager who was very friendly and helpful, but even then he was able to witness the lack of communication between his staff that I had complained about. I am all about giving people second chances, but this experience left me feeling like there is no point of bringing my vehicle back there. Who knows what they forget to communicate in the actual service area. More

Found the right guy!!!! At first, the dealership was hesitant to swap out an OEM rim I had to replace on my car, because they were scared they might scratch the new one and b At first, the dealership was hesitant to swap out an OEM rim I had to replace on my car, because they were scared they might scratch the new one and be responsible for replacing it. I assured them they are an authorized service dealer for Dodge, therfore they must have someone qualified. After searching they found the correct certified technician who did a great job doing the swap. I did inquire about VIN etching but the service advisor had no idea what I was talking about More
Lousy Service I brought my new Chrysler Town and Country into Phillips for an oil change and a few minor things that were not working properly on my vehicle. I felt like he had a "why are you bothering me" attitude when I asked to have several things checked out that I had spoken to the customer service rep about when I made the appointment. Jeffrey said he only had it down that I was getting an oil change. I felt that since I was not paying for things since it was all under warranty I was taking up him time. I asked to have the driver's side window checked because it was rattling when I closed the door and the back passenger side door didn't open from the inside, I had to open it from the front panel, and the idle felt very rough. He said the rattle was coming from something I had in the back of the car, the passenger door worked fine, even though I didn't see him check it, and it is still not opening from the inside, and the idle was the way it should be, again, even though I didn't see him check it, and it's still idling very rough. Also, I forgot to ask to have my tires rotated and no one even suggested it even though that is usually done when you get an oil change. The whole experience left me feeling like I made a mistake purchasing my vehicle from Phillips. More
The WORST customer service! STAY AWAY! The WORST customer service. You make an appointment for service and no one is available to sign you in. All they do is transfer you around. Took me 30 minutes and 6 associates to get a simple oil change scheduled. They are very rude. Very unorganized. I would rather drive to another dodge service center and waste gas before coming here again. I gave them multiple opportunities and each time the service is worse. Glad I didn't purchase my vehicle at this dealer because that department isn't any better. This entire dealership is terrible. STAY AWAY! More

I took my 2013 Dodge Journey SXT in because the SiriusXM radio portion of the UConnect wasn't workin Nice people, nice facility, but poor workmanship. I took my 2013 Dodge Journey SXT in because the SiriusXM radio portion of the UConnect wasn't working. Well, after sitting there for three hours I was told that "the radio is broken and we have to order another one". DUH!!!! Of course it's broke! That's why I'm here! It took you three hours to figure that out?!..and even though I was showing that I was very angry they continued to be very understanding and professional. So they ordered a new UConnect and a week later I went back to have it changed out. This visit was much shorter, 1 1/2 hours, but on my way home I discovered that 4 of my climate control buttons no longer worked! So here again I had to schedule another appointment to have that fixed. My third visit was even quicker, one hour, and I was told that the problem was that some pins were bent. What kind of techs do you have that can't even do something as simple as change out a radio without screwing it up?! Now for the issue that Phillips Chrysler has no control over. During my visits I had them look at my transmission. It shifts rough between the first couple of gears and shakes when decelerating and downshifting. They said that everything checks out fine and that it's normal. It's pretty sad that my old 2001 Chevy Silverado with 200,000 miles, that I traded in for this engineering garbage, shifted smoother than this!! It's really sad that Dodge has come to this. My last Dodge was a 1984 Ramcharger that I miss dearly. I'll never by another Chrysler product. So in conclusion, nice facility, nice people, poor workmanship, and unfortunately selling crappy engineered vehicles. More
