When I arrived just before my appointment time, an employee asked why I was there. I told him I had an appt to get tires (35's) balanced and rotated and to get oil changed on my 2019 Wrangler. He stat employee asked why I was there. I told him I had an appt to get tires (35's) balanced and rotated and to get oil changed on my 2019 Wrangler. He stated that they don't do tires that big. I told him that I purchased them and had them installed there. He proceeded to tell me I was mistaken, and that had to be somewhere else. I told him to go check the computer. At that point the service guy came out and agreed that they didn't do those tires but he would "send it back and see". When I did get the Jeep back, I have to say, for "not doing that size tires", the person who did them did an outstanding job!!! Very pleased with the actual service, but employees need some education on what can & can't be done or go find out before they jump into starting completely unnecessary arguments with customers. Again, the actual service was 100%. More

The dealership didn’t let me know when my Jeep repair was completed. I called numerous times and no one answered or returned my messages. Since it was the day before Thanksgiving, the service department clos completed. I called numerous times and no one answered or returned my messages. Since it was the day before Thanksgiving, the service department closed early without letting me know and made it nearly impossible to retrieve my vehicle. They need to answer their phones or at least return voice messages. And, they need to advise customers when their appointment is made that the service department is closing early. More
