The dealership is fast reliable and informative! I have not had an issue with getting my maintenance done in a timely manner! However, this time I had a tire that I put a plug in it after an emergen I have not had an issue with getting my maintenance done in a timely manner! However, this time I had a tire that I put a plug in it after an emergency and it started leaking air a few months after the repair, I asked them to check and see if it was leaking somewhere else and if they could repair it great if not it was fine and I could make it work until I can replace the tire. Well after them observing the tire it was in fact leaking from the plug I put in, instead of leaving it alone the removed the tire form the rim and wouldn’t put it back on, thankfully I had a spare or I wouldn’t have been able to leave the dealership because they wanted me to buy a tire to replace the one they couldn’t put back on. So I am out a tire and driving on a spare when the tire with a patch worked just fine I just had to put air in it once a week. More

Performed vehicle service with no issues. It took a fair amount of time. But not drastic. Plus they did rotate the tires. So far, Phillips might have earned another visit, if needed. The service was poor. Had to return 4 times and then finally received a price quote for over $1200 for the repair.
