Sales person was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Service was fast. The truck arrived at the dealership and I bought it and completed the paperwork the next day. Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 as is but head light , high beam and fog light on passenger side didn’t work didn’t know it till week later when went to store and came out after dark Now I’m 35 miles from hom beam and fog light on passenger side didn’t work didn’t know it till week later when went to store and came out after dark Now I’m 35 miles from home and had to drive in the dark , I was scared to , also got hit by another driver i know it was sold to me as is but you people Should as least make sure it was safe to drive of the lot .I bring to your service department next day later and they brushed me off as if it wasn’t a an safety issue for me and told to make an appointment week later with me paying for the service to put light bulbs , I’ll be 69 years old in august and I should not of had to go threw this ordeal but over all i was very pleased with the sales person Susana and the fiancé dept , love your dealership nice clean very large selection . hope to here from you because I still have no lights ! Thinking to seek legal advice More
