Brought in my Ram truck for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew what the PSI of my tires were before I got there . Each tire was different . They finished my truck,I paid and left. I looked at wha rotation. I knew what the PSI of my tires were before I got there . Each tire was different . They finished my truck,I paid and left. I looked at what the air pressure was and it was exactly the same as when I brought it in. I went back and the service rep checked with the mechanic who admitted they hadn’t rotated the tires . They take my truck back and do it. I leave and check the pressure and they did rotate them but didn’t adjust the air pressure. I said the heck with it and came home and did it myself.They also didn’t replace the sticker that tells you when your next service is which I had pointed out and they still didn’t do it. I was told the service manager was alerted to it not being done right yet he walked by me three times without acknowledging me . Not impressed! More

Staff is less than helpful! I took my car in for a rear door that was not opening.
