Dealer should have diagnosed the hose problem the first time I brought the car in. I paid the extra labor fee out of pocket for the dealership's mistake. The dealership fixed the evaporative system inte time I brought the car in. I paid the extra labor fee out of pocket for the dealership's mistake. The dealership fixed the evaporative system integrity module assembly the first time which was covered under warranty. The second time, it was the evaporative system line purge valve, in which the hose they replaced was not covered under warranty (both services within a couple of days of each other). I understand paying for the hose. But, the initial problem was not fixed the first time, hence I had to bring the vehicle back and the second claim was denied. I was also charged a $58 fee for the dealership to tell me the vehicle battery was low. I declined to have it replaced at the dealership for double the cost. Also, I've had the A/C "fixed" 3 times. I was out and about today, and it was extremely hot outside. The car was blowing hot air causing myself and all of my children to endure the heat after having it "fixed" again. Cannot say enough about the service I received from Jim Berlin regarding my daughters service repair. Very professional and explained everything that needed to be done, service was done as Jim had indicate Berlin regarding my daughters service repair. They couldn't figure out why my Buick died out. They still charged $145. My wife was stranded in a parking lot. It started after an hour of cooling off. They said bring it in when it happens again. I said by the time I wait an hour for a tow to your place and get someone to analyze the car, it will not read a code because it cooled down. The guy just shrugged his shoulders. Not very helpful. I took my car in due to a shaking feeling in the front end when I take off or taking a turn. I also let my service advisor know that I had taken it to another dealer previously and they advised that it wa end when I take off or taking a turn. Of course he stated that they would have to replicate to replace, which I understood fully. I took it in at 8 am. By 1:30 pm no one had called me. So I called and he had no idea who I was when I provided my name, I had to give him my concerns just for him to know who I was. He also said, “oh yeah, it’s been done. We can’t replicate it.” I went to get my car, asked why no one called me if it had “been” done, no answer. He told me multiple people had drove my car and said they felt nothing. I asked if he personally drove my car and he gave me an attitude and said no. I took my vehicle to a different dealership the next day, they instantly felt the concern and had it replaced within a week. I don’t even think they actually looked at my car. The service advisor was rude and unfriendly, and the two guys who were in his space with him were absolutely rude as well and proceeded to give me a dirty look as I left. I will NEVER come here again nor recommend anyone to come here. More
