I called the dealership and made them aware of the issue..the rep said”no problem “..when the truck is registered in New York you’ll be getting a refund. They were well aware that it was being registered in New York before I purchased it. When they sent the registration and plates to me they also sent a check for 25.00 for the registration refund (they charged me $220.50 registration fee was $159.) refund short $36.50. When I called and spoke with Deanna, she told me the reason the sales tax was $808. more than the -NY Tax rate was because I had to pay Florida sales tax also. If the salesperson and finance manager were UPFRONT about the additional taxes and fees I would have bought a truck in New York 😡‼️ More

This car was just pulled up front for us to get in unaccompanied, very dirty inside and out with little gas. Not very classy for such a nice dealership. I would like to add that I have another Buick purchased from Phillips, and I was very impressed with my salesman and all his help. The lube and oil is excellent. More

I have had my vehicle in for service twice now and it it still not repaired. All I seem to get is lip service. The service department is very accommodating and courteous but I want the problem addressed still not repaired. All I seem to get is lip service. I don’t think the technician knows what he is doing because all I was told is that I would have to wait for an “update” sometime between November and January and maybe that will take care of the problem and I emphasize “maybe”. He doesn’t even know if it will and that it what I mean by LIP SERVICE. All I know is that I have wasted my time (2 days +) and close to 100 miles. Very Very dissatisfied. More
