Poor service on 1st visit. Supervisor did not tell me car was undrivable while waiting for new generator part. Had to be towed back to dealership very next day at great expense More

Brought car in because battery light was flashing. Charged $145 just to put it on analyzer. Was told generator was defective (at 47,000 miles). Would have to order new one with no indication ( due to strike) when I would get a new one. Gave a $250 deposit. Was told eventually battery would die but at no point was I told “car was unsafe to drive, leave the car, we’ll shuttle you home.” Drove car home and very next day car completely shuts down on busy artery. Can’t even put on emergency flashers. Very unsafe situation. Dealership gives me a towing service number. An hour later they show up. $179 charge from towing company to bring it back to dealership only 3 miles away. How happy a customer would you be?
